Check if evolution_shell_client_get_local_storage returns

* gui/component/select-names/e-select-names.c
(e_select_names_hookup_shell_listener): Check if
evolution_shell_client_get_local_storage returns CORBA_OBJECT_NIL,
which it should never do. If it does, print a warning in a dialog
and try to recover w/o crashing. (Bug #5193)
