ESourceSelectorPrivate.
(init): Set to TRUE.
(e_source_selector_show_selection): New.

(toggle_cell_data_func): Don't show the toggle if checkboxes_shown
is FALSE.

(add_charset): Don't escape _'s anymore, this seems to not be
needed int gtk2.
(add_other_charset): g_strdup() the charset name. Fixes bug
#43917.
