EShellView can load the GalViewCollection itself now.

EShellView no longer needs help from subclasses other than getting
the needed GalView subclasses registered.

A nice side-effect of this is EShellView subclasses can now use the
G_DEFINE_DYNAMIC_TYPE macro.
